Complete Your Booking

These Terms apply to all Jeep Wrangler Rubicon tours (with private driver), bus transfers, and accommodation provided by Ha Giang By Jeep, operated by Linh Dan Loop Trails Ha Giang Co., Ltd. By completing a booking and making payment, the Customer agrees to all terms below.

1. Prices & Payment

Tour prices are quoted per private jeep (the whole vehicle, 1–4 guests) in Vietnamese Dong (VND), VAT included. A deposit of 20% secures the jeep; the balance is paid on the morning of departure before the tour starts. A card fee of 3.5% applies to international cards and 1.5% to domestic card / bank transfers to cover bank processing fees.

2. Driver & Operation

Every tour is driven by an experienced local driver — guests are passengers and are never required to drive. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is an all-weather open-air vehicle; soft-top and heating are available on request. Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, road, or safety conditions, always prioritising guest safety.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to booking@hagiangbyjeep.com. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Transfers & Accommodation

Bus transfers and Private SUV transfers are arranged with trusted partners; departure times and locations are confirmed in writing. Dorm accommodation is included; Private and Family room upgrades are charged per night. Ha Giang By Jeep is not liable for delays caused by third-party bus operators but will assist in arranging alternatives.

5. Safety & Liability

Mountain roads carry inherent risks. Guests must follow the driver's safety instructions and wear seat belts. To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Ha Giang By Jeep's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
