These Terms apply to all Jeep Wrangler Rubicon rentals (with private driver) provided by Ha Giang By Jeep, operated by Linh Dan Loop Trails Ha Giang Co., Ltd. By completing a booking and making payment, the Customer agrees to all terms below.
1. What's Included
- Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (open-air 4×4), seating up to 4 guests + 1 driver
- An experienced English-friendly local driver for the full rental period
- Driver's meals and accommodation during the trip
- Basic vehicle insurance as required by Vietnamese law
Not included: Fuel is not included and is paid separately by the Customer. Entrance tickets, guest meals, accommodation, and personal expenses are also excluded unless agreed in writing.
2. Prices & Payment
The rental rate is quoted per jeep per day in Vietnamese Dong (VND), VAT included. A deposit of 20% (or the amount stated at booking) secures the jeep; the balance is paid on the pickup day before departure. A service fee of 3.5% applies to international card payments and 1.5% to domestic card / bank transfers to cover bank processing fees.
3. Driver & Operation
All rentals are operated with our driver — the Customer is a passenger and is not permitted to drive the vehicle. Daily driving hours and routes are agreed with the driver; itineraries may be adjusted for weather, road, or safety conditions, always prioritising Customer safety.
4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to booking@hagiangbyjeep.com. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking details and valid travel documents for Vietnam
- Treat the vehicle and driver with respect; follow safety instructions and wear seat belts
- Not transport illegal goods or exceed the legal passenger limit (4 guests)
- Cover fuel and any agreed extra costs during the trip
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Ha Giang By Jeep's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected rental. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings, delays, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
